1. Welcome and Apologies for absence – The Chair welcomed those present. Apologies for absence were received as noted above.
2. The number of Councillor members of this committee fell below that required for the meeting to be quorate. No council business was transacted and agenda items will be deferred to the next meeting of this committee.
3. Date of Next Meeting – It was noted that this is scheduled for Monday, 20th March at 7.15pm in the Council Chamber at the Town Council Offices.
