Kesgrave Town Council are seeking a part-time Minute Taker, 12hrs per month, working Monday evenings (approx. 2 Monday’s a month) from 6pm, minutes to be finalised for approval from home.
The Council is looking for someone who is;
• Friendly, approachable and conscientious
• Self-motivated, well organised and efficient
• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
This role is based at the Town Council office, with some home working and the applicant should be;
• IT literate, with a working knowledge of Office 365
• Touch typist (preferred but not essential)
• Have an eye for detail with excellent spelling and grammar
• Ability to paraphrase and summerise
Hourly rate will be between £10.63 – £11.05, grade scale 7-9 based on experience (NJC pay scales as at 1 April 2021).
