The Chairman of the Town Council

The Town Meeting may by law discuss all Town affairs and pass resolutions about them.

3. Matters arising from the minutes
4. Chairman’s comments
5. Report of the Accounts of the Town Council
 Supporting Statement
6. Proposed Pump Track at Long Strops
7. General Discussion and other matters raised from the floor

Written reports have been requested from the following Kesgrave Organisations:

–          SPARK (Sport and Recreation in Kesgrave)
–          Kesgrave Library
–          Kesgrave Community Centre (KWMCC)
–          4YP – Kesgrave’s Youth Club and Detached Youth Work
–          Suffolk Police – Community Police Officer for Kesgrave & Bixley
