The East Suffolk Travel Association (ESTA) is an independent, voluntary body which provides a voice for train and bus users in the eastern part of Suffolk.
ESTA Bus and Train Feedback
We are seeking any comments or observations you may have about your train or bus journeys in eastern Suffolk.
All relevant information is valuable to us to help us check whether the current services provided by bus and train operators meet the requirements of passengers. Where appropriate we will raise issues in our regular meetings with the operators.
For example –
* Has your train or bus journey been badly disrupted? If so, how well was the disruption handled by the operator?
* Did you experience any problems parking your car or bicycle at the station?
* Did you have any problems buying a ticket, or finding out the best ticket for your journey?
Please forward your comments, providing as much detail as possible – e.g. time, date, location, bus route number, to estafeedback@eastsuffolktravel.org.uk
Please also copy any comments you make to the Kesgrave Town Council’s Public Transport Liaison officer at: publictransport2@gmail.com
Hard Copy forms can also be obtained from the Kesgrave Town Council office and returned to them, the office will then forward these to ESTA.
