Rescheduled Public Inquiry – Longstrops.

The Town Council has been advised by the Planning Inspectorate that the process has now started for the re-determination for this appeal. Unless the appellant (Persimmon Homes Ltd), seeks to argue for this to be re-determined through written representations, then it is expected there to be a new inquiry in late spring/early summer 2018.

This re-determination provides an opportunity to make further representations – specifically in relation to updated information, material changes in circumstances, and issues upon which the appeal was quashed.

The Local Planning Authority – Suffolk Coastal District Council has confirmed that it is first appraising what information it needs to compile, and how it may present these details.
