A new service has been lornched to help you find your NHS number. This is one of the questions that will be asked when you need your covid vaccination and when you don’t know, you now nowlonger need to contact your GP surgery.
We are asking people to utilise this service instead , which will help reduce unnecessary contact.
You can also use this service on behalf of someone else where the name, date of birth and registered home postcode is known.
You can opt for the number to be sent to you by text, email or letter.
