To clarify, the land for the proposal is as below, which is situated on the boarder of Kesgrave.
The Town Council have also been contacted by Bloor Homes, asking for the opportunity to meet with us ahead of the public consultations. The Town Council have accepted this offer and would welcome and questions our resident’s may have for us to raise. Please can we ask for residents to do this via email; enquiry@kesgravetowncouncil.gov.uk to be received by 12pm Tuesday 7 October 2025.
Bloor Homes have advised their 4-week consultation commences; Tuesday 30th September, which will give everyone, including the Town Council a chance to view their emerging proposal; www.bloorhomes-foxhallroad.co.uk
The Town Council would encourage Kesgrave residents to attend Bloor Homes drop-in session being held at the Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre on Thursday 9 October, 3.30pm-6pm.
