Annual Town Meeting (ATM)

The Annual Town Meeting is usually held towards the end of March at 7.15pm (previous to 2010 it used to be mid May).

The meeting is chaired by the Town Council Chairman and presents an opportunity for residents to meet the Town Councillors. District and County Councillors are also invited.

An Annual Town Report is presented by the Chairman and reports are made on behalf of organisations within Kesgrave. There is also an opportunity for the public to ask questions of the Town Council.

So please come along, meet your Town Council members, give your views on Kesgrave.
