Service Development OfficerService Development Officer based at the Millennium Jubilee Hall
15 hours per week
Up to a Maximum of Salary SCP 28 – £10,120 per annum, depending on experience (actual per annum for 15 Hours per week) The Council are looking for a permanent Service Development Officer to join its small team based in Kesgrave. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible person, who can apply excellent attention to detail and work on their own initiative in an interesting and varied role. Duties will include;some evening meeting attendance, for the running of the Millennium Jubilee (community) Hall. There may be some rare emergency call-out elements to this role. The Council is reviewing its monthly Market and the successful Officer will help to organise and promote this important community event. Some previous local government experience would be preferred but is not essential. The successful candidate will work closely with hirers, other Town Council Staff, including the Caretakers/Litter Pickers and Youth Club Workers.
